Sonya had a great decision to moved from her comfort zone, working as a Marketing and PR Manager in several highly reputable Food & Beverage companies for more than 10 years to become a Pilates instructor. Got introduced to Pilates back in 2010 by the Master trainer himself, Sonya have had falling in love with this whole body movement exercise. She earned the benefit of Pilates before she got pregnant, during her pregnancy until those postpartum period. Started Pilates with a Scoliosis condition, Sonya had quite severe lower back pain that was accumulated for years working behind the desk. But then she improved her body (NOT ONLY the spine!) after she did several sessions. Even during her pregnancy, Pilates really helped to strengthen her body that she had a beautiful and smooth pregnancy which lower back pain never been part of it! Continuing her postpartum journey, she regained her strength and flexibility (and confident!) which leads her to a better shape of postpartum body. Having this beautiful journey as a Pilates instructor and a mother, Sonya would love to share her knowledge and skill thru her session. And helping more women to know and to love their body better.
